Huge appreciation to Charlotte Rubio and PBS for all she did with shipping my 2 cats from the UK to Jeddah in April. Saudi Arabia proved to be a challenging country to work with but with persistence and lots of telephone calls & hard work I'm so pleased to have my precious cats finally back with the family after a stressful time for me AND them I'm sure!!
Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte and she was super helpful even over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend when I was pulling my hair out!! Please, in my honest opinion, if you are considering shipping your pets anywhere call Charlotte, don't waste any more of your time looking elsewhere and getting other quotes. NOTHING will beat the service and friendliness you will experience with PBS and Charlotte :D x
A special thank you for Charlotte Rubio!!! You have done a phenomenal job keeping me sane by constant reassurance that my 2 cats will be shipped safely by the PBS company. A few hours ago I found out that my cats got to San Antonio, TX safely and with no problem. They are a bit shaken but that comes with a LONG 8 hour flight from the UK. They are doing very well. I am a difficult person to please but PBS and their staff (especially Charlotte) have managed to satisfy me 100% all the way. I will argue with anyone that says different. I cannot thank you enough. I will continue to advertise your company with my overseas military coworkers who have pets to ship. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
I have used PBS in the past to transport my 2 cats into the UK. I must say that they did an excellent job! There were no problems during their transport but I just wanted to express my gratitude towards PBS for safely bringing in my 2 cats. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! My cats will be going back to the USA early February and I will post a testimonial once they arrive safely in San Antonio to let everyone know how great your services are. :-)
Great service! Everything went smoothly exporting my daschund from the UK to Virginia.
I would like to say a big thank you to Charlotte and the team at PBS for handling my export of Carpet Pythons to Japan. The whole process was handled in a fast and efficient manner keeping both myself and my Japanese customers informed all the way.
