We can meet passengers in the terminal, transport them to the animal reception centre and arrange onward transportation of you and your pet to final destination.

Both these services are extra to the standard prepaid charges. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Continental Airlines passengers will need to contact PBS well in advance of arrival. Please provide the booking confirmation number that you received when booking at origin. We will need the flight number, date and origin station along with your contact telephone numbers or e-mail address.

Customers with pets travelling on Continental airlines can collect their pet from the Animal Reception centre (ARC) at Heathrow Airport, Beacon Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW16 3JF - click here for map. Usually pets are ready for collection (customs and DEFRA permitting) 3-4 hours after flight arrival.

Customers with pets travelling on Continental Airlines into Manchester can collect their pet from Servisair Air Cargo, Building 300, World Freight Terminal, Manchester Airport, Manchester, M90 5SA - click here for map.

PLEASE NOTE: If no contact is made prior to arrival, this may result in delays in clearance.

We cannot accept bookings through our website for inbound pets, this is for outbound pets only. There is a customs clearance form C5 that must be completed prior to arrival. This can be downloaded here and must be completed with the original returned to PBS prior to arrival, or if not enough time to post, please fax or scan and e-mail along with your arrival dates.

Additional arrival options

These are to be paid in advance of arrival to PBS directly.

We can offer a delivery service for you and your pet to your preferred address anywhere in the UK. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We can also arrange onward flights for your animal anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a rate. If you wish to meet PBS on the day of arrival at the cargo area without paying the additional services above, please contact us prior to arrival to confirm your arrangements.
