News update!
As official agents for Continental Airlines, we will now be flying into LHR as well as LGW as from 1st April. Pets will be collected from the AQS (animal quarantine station) - click here for map. PBS will arrange for Pet release notes to be lodged at the Animal reception centre, once they have passed the DEFRA checks and customs. Please contact us for any Pet travel requirements you may have.
PBS have also been nominated as the official agent for Pets travelling under the PETS scheme with Cathay Pacific (recently approved for PETS scheme and passport animals). Please contact us in advance if you have pets arriving via this service or if you require a quotation for pet relocation to the Far East.

Our service is tailor made to avoid the problems and delays that can often be experienced.
Before your pet can travel, we must stress that we are only the forwarder/clearance broker and we are not involved with the veterinary side.

We also recommend that you contact your local vet to arrange documentation.
Your pet will not be allowed to travel to or from the UK without the correct paperwork.
