Pets in to UK

If you are making arrangements to travel in to the UK, then PBS can assist with the following:

Customs clearance
Transportation of you and your pet to your residence
On-ward flights, both domestic and European
Kennel boarding

Travelling in to the UK with United Airlines

We are the official clearance agents for United Airlines and we will need you to contact us well in advance of your pet’s arrival, so that we can pre-arrange customs clearance. We will need:

Your booking confirmation number
Your flight number
Travel date
Origin station
Contact name, number and e-mail address

We will also need a completed c5 form & Pet Information form (to be stamped by your vet) and if your pet has a blue EU Pet Passport, you must also complete the Declaration Letter

If your pet is arriving in to London Heathrow on United Airlines, you can collect from the Animal Reception Centre:

Usually pets are ready for collection (Customs and DEFRA permitting) 3 – 4 hours after flight arrival, providing all documentation is correct.

If your pet is arriving in to Manchester on United Airlines you can collect from Servisair cargo:
