Advise you of which flights are suitable for your pets- not all aircrafts have the correct facilities for live animal travel
Provide you with the most suitable route and airline – not all airlines will accept every breed of pet
Check flight availability- to ensure you and your chum can travel together
Provide you with a full flight itinerary prior to travel including check in times, contact numbers, drop off addresses and collection details
In addition to the health paperwork you will need for your pet, you will also need a full set of airline documentation. PBS Can provide:
Your Air Way Bill – this will need to be presented at check in and will also be needed for collection on arrival
Shippers certificates and check lists – every airline will require the shippers certificate and check list before accepting a pet on-board
Special Travel Labels – every travel kennel needs to be labelled correctly and PBS will provide these prior to travel
Customs Export Declaration – PBS are linked directly to H M Customs and Excise and for pets travelling outside of the E.U, PBS are able to complete a full customs declaration on your behalf, which is a legal requirement

Advise you of any necessary health documentation required for entry – certain countries will require export certificates and import permits and PBS can also provide assistance with application for the relevant documents
Ensure you have the correct size travel kennel – there are very strict rules and regulations regarding travel kennel size and PBS can advise you of the most suitable sized travel kennel for your pet
Provide out of hours assistance – whether it’s a 03.00am check in or a midnight arrival, your personal pet travel agent will be available
Check and finalize health documents – prior to travel we will check over all health paperwork to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of departure
Take care of your pet in the event of flight delays or cancellations – PBS can make swift arrangements to collect, re-book and look after your pets at our preferred kennels at Heathrow or Gatwick in the even of any unexpected delays
