Animal reception centre

A brand new facility has been opened at London Gatwick for specific care of travelling pets; PBS can offer this additional service to all customers exporting pets from LGW, the facility offers total care for pets travelling rather than the standard airline facilities which are basic but functional.

The ARC will accept pets directly, remove them from their kennels and care for them until 1 hour prior to the flight. They will then ensure that water is refreshed and clean bedding is in the travel kennel and transfer the pet to the aircraft.

The animal Aircare fee is £55.00 with a £10 administration fee, please contact us to arrange with your pets flight booking.

In addition to this, they are offering a day before service for passengers who are leaving early on the same day as their pet, (delivery accepted the day/night before) which will allow the passenger to travel without the worry of checking their pet as well.

This service costs £10.00 and is very reasonable.

Additionally the Animal facility will receive all pets that encounter delays due to flight irregularities (on the airlines account).
