PBS hold a large stock of Vari Kennels in various sizes.

Please note that if you are going to use your own kennel, you will need to check that it complies with industry IATA standard regulations.

The kennel must be sturdy, properly ventilated and most importantly must be large enough for the animal to freely sit and stand with its head erect, turn around, and lie down in a normal posture.

A domestic pet carrier purchased from the majority of pet stores will most likely not be approved for air transport.

Check the closing mechanism to make sure it works properly, do not put a lock on the door, as the animal must be accessible in case of an emergency.

We do not recommend wheels unless they have a secure locking device.

Kennels should be nose and paw proof, in addition to this other species of pets such as rodent, birds etc have different criteria, please contact us for further details.

Only 1 dog or cat should be contained in each box, unless they are puppies or kittens younger than 6 months. Dogs and cats can not travel together in the same containers.

Two empty fixed dishes (water) must be fixed to the kennel and be accessible from the outside.

Absorbent material should only be black and white newspaper or blanket.
